Commissioning Terms and Conditions
1. Applicability
Commissioning services are available exclusively for the following Ratio products: io6, io6 Pro, io6 Pro Lux, io7, and io8.
2. Pricing Structure
Commissioning services are chargeable unless otherwise stated on the official sales quotation. Rates are as follows:
On-Site Commissioning
- Full Day – £600 + VAT
• Required for sites located more than 1.5 hours from the Ratio factory.
• Suitable for the commissioning of more than 10 charging sockets. - Half Day – £300 + VAT
• Available for sites within a 1.5-hour radius of the Ratio factory.
• Covers commissioning of up to 10 charging sockets.
• For more than 10 sockets, a full-day rate will apply.
Remote (Over-the-Air) Commissioning
- £15 + VAT per socket
• Available for any location.
3. Unsuccessful Commissioning Visits
In the event that our commissioning team is unable to complete the commissioning during a scheduled on-site visit, the full applicable charge will still apply if the failure is due to any of the following:
- Charger(s) not installed.
- No electrical power to the charger(s).
- Inaccessible or restricted site access.
4. 30-Day Amendment Period
From the date of commissioning, a 30-day amendment window is available. During this period, any configuration changes required can be made remotely (over the air) at no additional cost.
After the 30-day window, changes may be subject to additional charges.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an on-site commissioning visit. Failure to do so may result in the full fee being charged
6. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities
To ensure efficient and successful commissioning, the customer is responsible for the following:
- Ensuring all hardware is fully installed and powered prior to commissioning;
- Providing unrestricted access to the site on the scheduled date;
- Informing Ratio in advance of any special site requirements, induction processes, or access procedures;
- Complying with all relevant health and safety regulations.
7. Health & Safety
Ratio reserves the right to postpone or cancel an on-site visit if the site presents unacceptable health or safety risks. In such cases, the commissioning visit may still be chargeable.
